Email attachments through the ATG

We are running heat 8.01 with an auto ticket generator

All is working well and calls are being created as designed. My question is does this version of heat have the capability to add attachments to heat call logging that are sent via the ATG.

We are using web forms(which we would to like to attach attatchments ( txt and maybe acreen shots) Next the form is sent to microsofy outlook 2003. the email is then picked up by the ATG and a converted to a heat call.

If so does anyone have any doco on setting this up

yes you can add attachments. The documentation on how to do this is in your ATG documentation. just make sure you create your attachment path both on Heat Admin mondule and then follow the path (it can be a sub folder) in the definition on the ATG module.

ie.. on Heat Admin, your path for attachments should be like: \\ServerName\Attachments then your ATG attachments could be like \\ServerNameAttachments\ATGAttachments

In Heat Admin the Paths is located under Defaults>System>System Defaults
